The Aviation English Private School flies off to the Caribbean

The Aviation English Private School (AEPS), a company based in Mons (Wallonia), has signed two important partnerships with training centers for foreign languages, in Guadeloupe and in Martinique. The English teaching and evaluation center for aircraft pilots continues its expansion in overseas France.

Fordikera, in Guadeloupe and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Martinique (CCIM), are  now authorized to train and evaluate in English all private and professional pilots who are working in the Caribbean under European licenses

The AEPS is the first English school for aircraft pilots in Europe that has been registered as an operator for the FCL.055 VFR/IFR test (EASA) and the ELP test (ICAO). AEPS created a language test available to student pilots and senior pilots, irrespective of the license type (PPL, CPL, ATPL).

The school was created in 2010 and since 2016, it has been welcoming in Mons pilots flying for big companies such as Emirates, Ryanair, SN Brussels, Air France…  An increasing number of pilot schools in France, Germany, Lithuania, etc. wish to offer their students AEPS courses and tests.

In late 2016, the company, already present in Switzerland, opened up a new center in New Caledonia (Nouméa) to meet the needs of the European pilots flying in the South Pacific. AEPS Pacific enables private and professional pilots from New Caledonia, but also from Wallis, Futuna, Fiji islands and Tahiti to take the official European English test and to prepare for it without going to Europe.
