Venyo is flying high !

Venyo, the young Walloon company based in Gosselies, is spreading its wings. Of course, this is logical for a company which offers instruction and training to pilots in a fixed flight simulator.

Launched by three friends 10 years ago, this bold project has borne its fruits, with the certification and installation of their first two simulators, after having left an impression in 2013 at the Paris Air Show with the exhibition of a prototype of their "full flight simulator". Their fixed flight simulator, which makes it possible to move the cockpit like a real aircraft, is effectively much less expensive than a jack simulator (hydraulic or pneumatic).

With the help of the Walloon Region and a partnership with a Belgian airline (for in-flight data which made it possible to create software that imitates the real behaviour of aircraft), the three entrepreneurs manufacture as much of the parts and software as possible themselves, to avoid excessive costs.

The first simulator was installed in the large hangar of their partner, TUI Fly Belgium, in Zaventem, and the second was installed in Paris. Venyo's management plans to deliver around 50 simulators over the coming 5 years.
