Based in Louvain-la-Neuve, the company founded by Laurence Guiot and Mathieu Pasture operates in the cybersecurity sector. Internetvista is one of the two solutions the company provides.
"Twenty years ago, the internet was still new, unstable, and unreliable. We therefore developed a solution to monitor the availability and performance of a company's or organization's website. Over time, this evolved into a matter of reputation. Today, website availability and performance have become major cybersecurity concerns. With Internetvista, we provide a solution for observing, monitoring, and managing web performance," explains Laurence Guiot, CEO of Internetvista.
In practical terms, the Internetvista solution enables the proactive detection of website and application outages, the identification of performance anomalies, continuous monitoring of critical infrastructures, detection of issues related to cyberattacks, and real-time alerts that allow organizations to respond quickly.
"To give a practical example, imagine you sell tea through an online store. Your customers browse from one page to another, selecting products before reaching the payment page. We make sure that the entire journey runs smoothly. Sometimes, malicious bots overload the payment page, causing it to load too slowly. Our solution immediately issues alerts so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible," Laurence Guiot continues.
PeppolEDGE: A Secure Platform for Your Electronic Invoices
Together with her business partner Mathieu Pasture, Laurence Guiot also developed another solution, launched in January 2026: PeppolEDGE.
PeppolEDGE builds on more than 20 years of experience in SaaS-based data exchange, as well as a close collaboration with the Belgian public authorities since 2013 to support the implementation of Peppol in Belgium.
Supported by AI-powered tools, the PeppolEDGE platform enables organizations to exchange all types of business documents, including electronic invoices, while maintaining full control over their infrastructure and sensitive data. This aspect has become particularly important in today's geopolitical environment and in the face of increasingly complex regulatory requirements.
"My business partner, Mathieu Pasture, serves on the committee responsible for developing Peppol standards within OpenPeppol, the global organization that oversees compliance with Peppol standards and the network infrastructure. His expertise is widely recognized internationally, making him a unique figure within the Peppol ecosystem," says Laurence Guiot.
More recently, following the acquisition of the PeppolEDGE product, Belgian company Dokapi strengthened its expertise in electronic invoicing.
