Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI) has established this grant programme in recognition of today's increasingly mobile and international population.
In support of the innovation centres created under Wallonia’s Marshall Plan 4.0, the programme allows the hosting of researchers from third countries who wish to pursue a post-doctoral programme in a college or university recognised or subsidised by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria below are encouraged to complete the enclosed application.

Fields
To support the different innovation centres under the Marshall Plan 4.0, we seek scholars from the following fields:
- Transport and logistics
- Mechanical engineering
- Life sciences
- Agribusiness
- Aerospace
- Environmental technologies
Fields related to basic or applied social science research will also be considered.
Type of grant
This call for applications concerns short-term research grants (3 months), from June to September 2018.
