From 10 to 13 March 2026, real estate professionals will once again gather on the Croisette in Cannes for the International Market for Property Professionals (MIPIM). This key event will mark Wallonia’s 24th consecutive participation within the Belgian pavilion “Real Belgium.”
For the 2026 edition, Wallonia Export & Investment Agency will host 14 co-exhibitors at its stand, and 58 real estate projects will be showcased in Cannes. Several conferences focusing on the cities of Charleroi, Liège, Namur and Tournai will also be organised during MIPIM to present Wallonia’s achievements and strengths to an international audience.
This year, Wallonia has chosen the theme: “The Walloon cities of tomorrow: sustainable and multimodal.”
